Our Story
Built on Craft. Driven by Standards.
3 years of luxury remodeling across Northwest Florida — one project at a time.
Who We Are
A Different Kind of Remodeling Company
Punch List Pete LLC was founded on a simple belief: that every homeowner deserves a contractor who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers work they're proud to stand behind. In Northwest Florida's competitive luxury market, that standard is rarer than it should be.
We started with punch-list work — the finishing details that other contractors leave behind. Over time, our reputation for precision and reliability grew into full-scale kitchen and bathroom renovations, outdoor living spaces, and whole-home transformations.
Today, we serve homeowners from Panama City to Destin and throughout the 60-mile corridor of Northwest Florida. Our clients are discerning. They've worked with other contractors. They come to us because they want it done right — the first time.
Our Philosophy
The Punch List Standard
Transparency First
You receive a detailed written proposal before any work begins. No surprises, no scope creep, no hidden costs. We believe an informed client is a satisfied client.
Respect for Your Home
We treat every property as if it were our own. That means clean job sites, careful protection of finished surfaces, and a crew that communicates with you throughout the process.
Precision Over Speed
We don't rush. Luxury remodeling demands patience — in the planning, in the execution, and in the finishing details that separate a good job from an exceptional one.
Accountability to the End
The job isn't done until you say it is. We walk every completed project with our clients and address any concern before we consider the work closed.
